After graduating from Sainte Pulchérie French High School, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sabancı University. During her undergraduate studies, she completed internships in the Psychiatry and Addiction departments of Balıklı Rum Hospital. Subsequently, she worked as an intern psychologist at the clinic of Psychiatrist Dr. Fatih Baz.
She successfully completed her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, in England. During her studies, she worked in child and adult eating disorder clinics at Priory Roehampton Hospital in London and volunteered at the Mind Foundation.
She has completed the Beck-Oriented Cognitive Therapy Skills & Initial Interview Techniques training given by Dr. Emel Stroup, and the Basic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training in accordance with the standards of the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy (EABCT) and the Academy of Cognitive Therapy (ACT), coordinated by Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar.
She completed the CBT Supervision Program at Rena Psychology under the guidance of Clinical Psychologist Berat Arifoğlu Zaimoğlu. Currently, she conducts online and in-person individual therapy sessions with people aged 16-65 using the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach.
